Our Values

Even though we are a relatively small organisation we do have a set of values which we try to live and work by.

Professionalism
Of course we believe in supplying a professional service at all times. Who doesn’t? What it means to us is a commitment to meeting agreed deadlines, within the set and agreed budget and delivering to the highest quality standards.

We promise that if clients don’t think that the work is up to their required standard then we will either do the work again until the client is satisfied or refund the fee.

A friendly and open nature
We pride ourselves on our open and friendly approach; we like to work with our clients both as if we were a part of their internal team and as business partners.

We think that it’s very important to get on well with our clients. It inevitably means both parties feel an enhanced sense of responsibility and commitment. It also means our clients feel that they can be frank with us, whilst at the same time finding the relationship amicable and enjoyable.

Proactive and responsive
Whilst we recognise that saying we’re proactive and responsive could sound like a contradiction we do like to think of ourselves as both. Proactive in anticipating client needs. Proactive as well in identifying new market opportunities and key developments and helping clients to capitalise on these.

Responsive in always striving to deal with client requirements as and when they occur, answering immediate needs, and longer term issues.

Practical solutions
Above all we believe in providing practical marketing solutions in all our consultancy services. Our clients expect us to give them solutions that work and can be applied to their specific circumstances to effect positive outcomes. That is what we do.

This means providing valuable insights and taking complex marketing concepts, finding those elements that have a real and workable impact and helping clients to implement them.
