At Event Filming & Editing

We have many years experience in live filming of sessions for use on the stage screens and are able to direct cameramen and mixing desk operators to ensure full coverage of the speakers whilst they are presenting, at the same time as the AV delivers their presentation slides.

We can also film not just the speaker or presentation sessions, but throughout the event; from delegate arrival, through any break-out sessions and evening activities to departure, to provide a flavour of the whole of the event. We can then use this footage to produce our ‘souvenir montages’, which are short 3-4 minute videos capturing the spirit and all the action from the event provided to delegates as a reminder of the occasion. But we can also edit this footage to provide the souvenir montage at the event for you to play back as a powerful event closer. This reinforces the impact of the event itself reminding delegates of what they have accomplished and creating a real high to end on.

We have also developed techniques to allow us to use short interviews with delegates as ‘vox-pops’.  These are filmed, edited and played back at key points during the conference or event itself. It might be a series of questions before the event opening or during delegate registration to understand their expectations.  It might be about the challenges that they face in relation to the conference theme or their views on a specific topic, or conference session.  Or it could be about how they felt the conference or event addressed the issues in question.  Whatever the message it is always powerful when conference delegates hear from directly from each other.
