Frost & Sullivan are a global business consulting firm, involved in just about everything from market research and analysis to growth strategy and corporate learning and development across a full range of industries (they have their name on even more PowerPoint slides than we do – and that’s pretty hard!).

The learning and development division were looking for new associate consultants as subject matter experts in marketing, business and competitive intelligence who they could appoint to run workshops, facilitation sessions, coaching sessions and develop and deliver learning and development programmes. As marketing specialists, they asked us (and our PowerPoint slides) to get on board. Of course, we agreed, and over 15 years later remain proud partners of Frost & Sullivan today.

As lead consultants for their marketing portfolio we’ve developed a wide range of programmes, for a large number of Frost & Sullivan clients , including Amadeus, Airbus, Bayer, Dow, GE, Henkel and Siemens to name just a few (we’re pretty sure together we could wrap the world in PowerPoint if we really wanted to). Effective Marketing Research – A 2-day workshop which reviews the processes and key tools in relation to marketing intelligence, market analysis and marketing research.

Marketing Essentials – A workshop which covers the basics, including definitions of marketing, its role and purpose, segmentation and positioning, research, value propositions, the marketing mix and products and product management.

Marketing Strategy and Planning – A 3-day workshop on the key marketing elements of research, segmentation, targeting and positioning, as well as the all-important development of a value proposition.

Product Development, Launch and Lifecycle Management – A 2-day Marketing Masters workshop that looks at applying best in class product management in a 21st century context.

Sales and Marketing Collaboration – A course into how to bridge that gap between you and your competitors through the collaboration of your sales and marketing teams.

And next to all this (it’s hard to believe we had any spare time, we know!), we were also invited to chair their European digital marketing conference in Portugal . Of course, we didn’t have to think twice. Its location (and the great company) made this one a no brainer really, didn’t it?!
