The Nomad Cinema is a roaming pop-up cinema – they’ve been popping up at a range of beautiful, unique and intriguing screening locations across London and beyond since 2010.
Nomad wanted help with planning and running digital marketing campaigns to promote the film and support their in-house resource. The resource needed to be as seasonal as their business.
Our first project was a Marketing Strategy Workshop, where we jointly developed marketing objectives, positioning, and an action plan.
The next task was implementing that action plan including a Customer Emailer Programme. This was a complex task; their database contains many 10’s of thousands of film fanatics, which we segmented into favourite genres, venues visited and previous events attended. We sent a range of emailers – event info, reminders, thank yous and feedback requests to engage with customers – past, present and future – throughout their Nomad experience.
Working with our Adwords specialist partners at EHD we devised and implemented a series of campaigns to help increase their bookings.
