Coaching has become an increasingly important aspect of management personal development programmes over the past decade or so and Coussins Associates has responded to this need.
We provide marketing mentoring and marketing coaching services for senior managers either as a part of a blended learning programme or on a stand alone basis. It might be for those who want to know more about a specific aspect of marketing for which they have responsibility, but limited specialist knowledge, or for those who have taken on the whole marketing brief, but feel that they need to improve their overall marketing knowledge.
This consists of one to one guidance and coaching (or mentoring) on a one off or regular basis. The coaching can be provided on the phone or face to face, depending on your preference and continuing needs. It can be open ended, for a fixed period or even for a single session, for general help or in relation to a specific issue. The service is completely bespoke to you.
