Evaluating the success of your event and capturing delegate feedback is an important part of the event process; so that you know where your strengths and weaknesses were, what your delegates felt they gained from attending, whether the event met your objectives and what you can improve for next time.

Analysis of Event Feedback
Being a marketing consultancy that provides event management means we can apply a full understanding of powerful research techniques to help you to really understand the full impact of your event. Covering the basics of the event logistics through to what they felt they achieved from the event, we can produce feedback forms for your delegates to gather whatever information you require and help to analyse the results. Or if you require something more comprehensive and sophisticated we can undertake depth interviews and detailed research projects or benchmark knowledge, skills, behaviours, attitudes and understanding before and after the event to measure progress. We can then collate and analyse the responses to provide you with KPIs and a detailed report to calculate the true value of your event investment.
Post Event Review
We believe it is important to review, as a production team, what went well and what could be improved for any future events. With all our clients we like to have a full post-event debrief, not just based on the delegate feedback but on the feedback of all those involved in running the event. So that together we can to identify all the lessons learnt and areas for improvement.
