So we produce marketing plans by working with you in a series of brief facilitated workshop sessions (in some cases lasting less than two days). These provide a structured basis for you to review your market place, consider your marketing objectives, decide on which products and which markets, developing pricing and channel strategy, select the optimum marketing communications mix, and work out a fully costed and timed action plan to implement it.

 

The process allows us to show you the tools appropriate to your marketing planning needs, facilitate the use of those tools to develop the plan, and then challenges your output through the consultancy element of the session.
