ABOUT Brendan Dunphy – Associate
Brendan created Brendan Dunphy Associates in 1996 where he is principal consultant. He combines this with his role as part-time director of Max. Net (UK) Ltd., an online benchmarking provider, which he co-founded in 2006.
He has been an associate at Frost & Sullivan Ltd since 1997 where he is ‘Innovation Thought Leader ‘for the Innovation & Change portfolio. He is also an associate Principal Consultant for Genisys Consulting (a unit of Genisys Enterprises).
He was previously CEO of Extend Solutions and a partner in Verista, both UK technology start-up’s. He is a former Director of the Accenture Centre for Strategic Technology in Sophia Antipolis, France where he helped to pioneer the novel application of emerging technologies to create new business capabilities. Prior to this he worked in systems analysis, consulting and sales & marketing roles in the European software industry.
Brendan has extensive experience in ICT research, trends & strategy, innovation & change management gained across a wide cross-section of organisations but especially international technology corporations. He is a co-developer with Paul May of the “How to Farm Lightning” innovation & creativity program and a regular writer & contributor on innovation trends.
As a consultant, he is a catalyst for his clients retained to inform, stimulate and challenge existing thinking, attitudes and behaviours. Brendan’s high-energy style, his natural enthusiasm for his subjects and his wide-ranging knowledge and experience make him a challenging consultant & trainer.
