Whether it is delivered online, or in the training room, to be truly effective training has to be practical and easy to apply

Part of what we do involves passing on the skills we apply on a daily basis to others who want to build on their own marketing skills, or need to learn new ones.

We firmly believe in this approach of training people in skills that we actually use and apply on a regular basis ourselves. This has three major benefits:

2. We can work with delegates on implementable, current solutions, tactics and tools that are practical and can be applied by delegates as soon as they return to their desks.

The Coussins Associates training style includes first hand practical examples and plenty of anecdote as well as presentation of core skills. The actual coursework includes both instruction elements and practical application of the skills, often to real life situations provided by you and / or your delegates in advance. Where this is not possible we will use case study materials based on real life scenarios that map your organisation and situation as closely as possible. We are also keen to make the training workshop insightful, informative and, very importantly, fun for those participating.
